I competed recently and it had NOTHING to do with fitness. It was a popularity contest. In addition you had to behave like a stage slut. Coming from someone that takes fitness very seriously and is also going to compete in the NPC, you did the right thing. balling" or visualizing it. One medium sized fruit count as a serving
or 1/2 cup -1 cup, depending on which type of fruit it is. For
vegetables, its one medium size vegetable or 1/2 cup for most
vegetables, 11 cup for raw green leafy vegetables, 1/2 cup for cooked
green leafy vegetables, and 2-4 cups for lettuces and spinach leaves.&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt;As
you can see the servings vary depending on the type of fruit or
vegetable. For that reason, I have provided you with a List of Serving
